Seriously just stop paying everything and invest everything for 9 months. Right before they evict you or take your house, tell them you found another job and resume paying. You will have made a fortune. This is the way.

I mean you can really only work with the money you get.

If you can get away with staying 50% invested here with your net income, or even pretax income lol, go ahead. Use credit as well.

There is no end in sight.

Buy some good long dated options on stocks trending higher and basing, take recommendations from analysts and your 401k people if you want.
