This is commentary on the sideways nature of the market with today's scalping being cut short due to liquidity problems and just general laziness. There was a good failure about an hour ago but I didn't participate.
This could be the formation of the 40-day cycle low on equities there are buyers and then sellers come in after so if these sellers can get cleared out then this is clear potential for equities to move up.
