US equity market topping into new year and some shorts to think about

Watch for stocks that have no business being elevated

I follow about 50 instruments, full time, trading whatever turn in the markets I can. If shorts are going to be profitable they will have to have a valid projection to the downside, so thats what Im in search of now, expecting weakness after the new year rush of buying. I think that lots of my markets will have something to short into Spring.

Heres a list of shorts that Im thinking about into next year:

• Crude oil USO 0.00%↑ looks like it wants to drop another 15%

• CME 0.00%↑ finding a top here constantly adjusting for its downside projection

• $TCEHY has weakness and will go lower to projection

• ADBE 0.00%↑ wondering if it has any life left after encountering sellers this month at all time high area

• AFRM 0.00%↑ is up 600% this year and looks like a candidate for 10 week VTL short

• AI 0.00%↑ riding the 40 week VTL and could be just grinding higher but its 80 week projection is sub 10.00

Semiconductors AMD 0.00%↑ have already formed their 54 month cycle low and are going to break the all time highs
